About the event
Join us for a fun, hands-on Volunteer Training Day at the Freedom Dogs Training Center!
Spend the morning working directly with our puppies and young service dogs in training. You’ll learn positive-reinforcement techniques, practice basic commands, and see firsthand how we prepare dogs to help wounded warriors with PTSD and TBI.
This is a great opportunity for current puppy raisers, new volunteers, and anyone curious about our program. We’ll finish with pizza and a Q&A session with our trainers.
No experience necessary — just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to get a little slobbery!
